Here's what Rosauro "Chit" Inciong said in the UpscaLoop:
He was so full of life but had the profile of an "ailing" Manuel Quezon; he kept our class so animated and had the perfect pronunciation of my last name.
Whenever I think of him, I also remember the fire trees in the campus and a beautiful classmate I had then -- Aleli Agbayani.
Prof. Alejandro Casambre was himself an institution and we all loved him. He must be so fulfilled and is now smiling at us, like always.
God could only be so happy with such a creation as we were so fortunate to have him grace our lives.
He will be terribly missed. . .
